BMJournals Project Promotional Material Contest

A journaler asked me if we should have some kind of insert to add to our out-going bookmooch parcels that promotes the BMJournals Project.

Great idea, yes? but rather than designing something myself, i thought 'why not put this challenge before the Journalers themselves?'

So here's the deal - design a bookmark or flyer or post card, or even an ATC - which promotes The BookMooch Art Journal Project. the entries will be sent to me, mailto:samsonkg@gmail.com and i will post them on a website, [probably on the BMJournal's blog in a new section] and all Bookmoochers far and wide can vote for their favorite. [even if they aren't yet involved in the BMJournal Project itself]

Winner will be awarded 10 points!

just one rule - it must be something reproducible on our home printers, so that any of us can print out these promos and insert them into outgoing parcels, or post at the grocery store community board, the library, church, or hand out to fellow artists or book lovers, etc., etc. All entries will be posted for downloading by anyone for printing and promotional purposes, but there will be just one 1st place 10-point award, so make it count!

Of course, anyone is welcome [and encouraged] to add points to the prize pool, to be distributed however they see fit. And you -don't- have to be a BMJournaler at present to participate in the contest.

Essential dates!: Please get your entries in by April 30. voting will take place from May 1st - May 7th. Winner will be announced May 8th.
